Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance & Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption.

What you'll do
You'll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. Day to day, that means:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions;
- Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains;
- Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized;
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support;
- Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders;
Wie ben jij?
- A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting;
- Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR);
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;
- Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is a bonus.

- A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full-time basis*;

- Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;

A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
Unfortunately for this position we’re not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
